If a babysitter cancels a job (after it was awarded to them) the parent will automatically be refunded and they will be able to repost the job if they wish.  

The refund only occurs if the job was paid for as a one-off payment, not if the parent is on a subscription.

If the helper cancels the job via SMS and not officially via Juggle Street, the refund will not occur.  The parent should tell the helper to officially cancel the job.  If the helper does not do this, please contact our customer service [email protected] or [email protected] (if you're in NZ), so that we can sort this out for you.

Cancellations do not happen often, but when they do it's extremely frustrating.  Luckily Juggle Street allows you to repost jobs, so you can hopefully find a replacement quickly.
