• Cancelling a job is not recommended and should only be done in the case of an emergency. You should always call and/or message the parent with as much notice as possible.  You MUST also officially cancel the job via Juggle Street.  There is a cancellation button in the 'job' section of your account.
  • If you cancel a job that has been awarded to you, one point is added to your Cancellation Counter. If you cancel a job that you have applied for but not been awarded, it will not be added to your Cancellation Counter.
  • Cancellation Counter - this is a numerical counter of how many jobs you have cancelled. This is displayed on your Juggle Street Profile as an indication of your “reliability”. Both parents and carers have a Cancellation Counter.
